6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Workmanship and material warranties (if any) will be stated in your service agreement.

Except as expressly provided, services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages, unforeseen site conditions).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tucker’s Renovation and Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amounts you paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim.

8. Website Use
